In addition to welcoming Partner David Moncure to the Firm in March, Mullen Coughlin welcomed two new Associate attorneys to the Incident Response (IR) and Litigation practice groups – Kellie T. Hannum and Justin A. Rick.

Kellie joins the IR practice group and is based in Pennsylvania. An experienced attorney with over 10 years of legal experience, she provides Breach Counsel services to organizations who have been victimized by a data privacy and security incident such as a ransomware attack, business email compromise, or other unauthorized network intrusion. Kellie received her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, and is licensed to practice in PA, CO, and NJ.

Justin Rick re-joins Mullen Coughlin as an Associate in the Litigation practice group. With over 10 years of law firm, commercial litigation, and data privacy and security incident response experience, Justin focuses his practice on providing strategic legal counsel to organizations in data breach and other privacy-related class action, single-plaintiff, and B2B litigation. He routinely represents organizations from all industry sectors and of all sizes, including Fortune 500 entities. Justin received his J.D. magna cum laude from Duquesne Kline School of Law and is licensed to practice in PA.
